Services Offered

We create custom illustrations, portraits and stories in digital and traditional mediums. With the options to purchase prints. There is a Snail mail subscription with a monthly color a canvas prints and bonus art.

Commission Process & Payment

All commissions begin after a consultation and confirmation via email. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the painting queue. By paying this initial invoice, you agree to the terms outlined in this Terms of Service. Clients will receive a final invoice once a painting is complete and must submit payment before a painting/print is shipped, or digital file is delivered.

If you have any concerns about your portrait, please contact us at Kasiepaints@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to address reasonable concerns during that window. After 14 days, we may no longer be able to accommodate requests for changes or issue resolutions.

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace. Custom paintings are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

Intellectual Property

All artwork and content (including future blog posts and snail mail art) are the intellectual property of Kasie Blagojevich LLC You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. No part of this website may be used or reproduced in any manner for the purpose of training artificial intelligence technologies or systems. The artist expressly reserves this work from the text and data mining exception.

Commissioned artworks may be featured in our portfolio, social media, or marketing unless the client requests otherwise.

Restrictions
